Dougan. As of November 4th we

New officers for 2005 were
nominated, voted, and carried.
Discussion was also held
about the HAT web site. Trudy has been
running the site and doing a good job, but some member expressed concern that
she has been paying all of the expenses for the site out of pocket and that no
one else has access to it to make changes when she is not available. Some members suggested the web site’s ownership
and expenses be paid by the club and that at least two people have access so
that changes can be made to it whenever necessary. There was also agreement that we need to try
to put more information on the site and update it more often.
We would like to welcome new
people who attended the meeting: Mary and John Hite, Bonnie Smith, and Gloria
Downing. We hope they can make it to
many more of our functions.
