December 2006 Meeting Minutes

There was no formal agenda during HAT’s regular meeting time on December 7th. Instead, HAT hosted a Christmas Potluck Dinner. The dinner was well attended, with many delicious dishes available for everyone to enjoy.

During the dinner, Show Secretary Mike Bernier presented the Year End High Point awards. Kelsea Bauer was on hand to accept the 17 & Under group award. Dena Kirkman, the 18 & Over group winner, was unable to attend the dinner; her trainer, Mick Clark, accepted the award on her behalf. Kelsea and Dena each received $200 gift certificates from Sergeant’s Western World in Pilot Point.

The December issue of HAT Chat was also handed out at the dinner for distribution to the local community.

There will not be a formal HAT meeting in January due to the Mare & Foal Clinic. The next regular HAT meeting will be on February 1^st.
