HAT Higher Education Scholarship
In 2004, HAT awarded its first Higher Education Scholarship. This $500
scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating high school senior in the
Texoma area who is actively involved in equine activities.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Proof of a current negative Coggins is REQUIRED for ALL horses brought to
ALL
HAT events, including shows, trail rides, clinics, and other activities.
Also, please remember a current Health Certificate is required for horses
transported across state lines (this is a state law in both Texas and
Oklahoma)
